Action sur les ostéoclastes  réduction de la résorption osseuse
Indications
 Hypercalcémie
Métastase osseuse
Corticothérapie
systémique au long cours
Contre indications
Insuffisance
rénale sévère
Grossesse

Etidronate
(Didronel®) : 400mg/j x 14j / trimestre ; à distance des repas (10h
du matin) ; suivi de calcium ± vitamine D x 2,5 mois
Alendronate
(Fosamax®) : 5mg/j ; à jeun strict (30 min avant le premier repas)
; ne pas s'allonger dans les 30 min qui suivent ; CI : maladies qui ralentissent
le transit œsophagien
Risédronate (Actonel®)
: 5mg/j ; même conditions qu'alendronate
Acide zolédronique (Zometa®) : perfusion IV (4mg/5mL) de 15 min dans 1000 mL de G5 ou sérum salé hydratation pré et post perfusion ; bilan dentaire prélable
